How long are your sessions ?

60 ā€“ 90 minutes depending on the session.


How often should I meet you?

When you feel called. You have to be ready if you are serious about making the changes happen. For most, fortnightly sessions are a good start.


Iā€™m nervous. What advice would you give me?

How do you know that what you are feeling is nervousness? If we use our intuition to feel into this labelled nervousness its quite possible that its not that at all. How do you know that nervousness is that feeling?
